We are confident that the Clark & Reid team provided you with excellent service to pack, load, move and unload you and we want to hear from you.

Our customer survey form gives us the feedback we need to continue to enhance the quality of our services. The form is sent to an independent company that analyzes our customer data and provides recommendations and reports to us. We consider this a valuable part of all our moves and hope you can take the time to complete it.

We have also provided a Clark & Reid claims form. Upon completion you will receive a response from our Customer Relations Manager within two business days.
