In a 2005 independent, nationwide survey of 3,289 corporate
transferees, Clark & Reid again scored the highest in customer satisfaction
of 9 major van lines for the 9th consecutive year. This is an annual
survey, performed by Alan Trippel Survey & Research Company, of
corporate transferees who were transferred and responded to a survey
regarding their recent relocation experience using a 10 point scale
with 10 being the highest level of service satisfaction.
The goal of this survey by Trippel Survey & Research
is to objectively evaluate the customer satisfaction level with varied
relocation service providers, not just household
goods movers. This is a survey conducted by and paid by American corporations,
not by relocation companies.
In 2005 the results for Clark & Reid were:
Rated #1 in customer satisfaction among all
movers surveyed for the 9th consecutive year.
Scored 8.80 in customer satisfaction out of
a total of 10. This is the second highest recorded score, after 8.81,
among all relocation service providers,
not just movers.
Scored 9.5% higher than the industry average
score of 8.04.
Clark & Reid's average score for the past
