2002 Nationwide Relocation Survey

In an independent survey conducted for and paid by American Corporations, Clark & Reid Executive Moving Services ranked number one in customer satisfaction among eight suppliers evaluated in the "Household Goods Shipment" relocation service industry segment. Corporate executives and managers from 910 corporations and government agencies were contacted and invited to participate in this, the eighth consecutive annual survey. The moving industry average rating was a 7.38 on a 10 point scale and Clark & Reid earned the #1 rating of 8.96, a .67% increase over last year and a 21.4% higher rating than the average. Clark & Reid has been the top-ranked carrier in this annual survey for six consecutive years.
